2nd day in Istanbul

Ciao a tutti e buon pomeriggio,

Hello everyone and good afternoon,
These are some photos taken on the day of New Year's Eve around Istanbul. There are pictures of monuments, streets and parts of the city that tell a little 'traditions and describe in full what is the "city of the two seas."
This day is seen as a day, or rather night of fun for me too but it was in a somewhat 'different ...
The alarm was sounded very early (7:00 or 6:00 Italian) and after a quick breakfast I started the tour by visiting the city. What I show in the picture is the Sultanahmet district, where there are the greatest number of monuments such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, The Yerebatan Cistern and many others ..

I hope you enjoy the photos;)

Blue Mosque, commonly so called because its interior is covered with 20,000 tiles from Iznik blue and white, dating back to 1609, and as well as having as main characteristic the color is another aspect is to have 260 windows inside that create a charming atmosphere combined with distinctive chandeliers (which I loved and photographed the madness!).
